These Terms of Service govern your use of MuddyCarz.com, operated by Muddy Carz LLC (“MuddyCarz,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Using the site

You may browse MuddyCarz and share links to its pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Event listings, Featured Car content and other information are provided as described in our Disclaimer.

2. Submitting events

Anyone may submit a car show, cruise, meet or other automotive event. When you submit an event, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission.
  • The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • You are the organizer, or have the organizer’s permission to share the event.
  • You have the right to share any flyer or image you upload.

You keep ownership of what you submit. You give MuddyCarz a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to publish, edit for length or format, display and share your submission on MuddyCarz.com and MuddyCarz social media accounts, including the Facebook Page and Instagram.

Every submission is reviewed before it appears. We may edit, decline or remove any submission at any time, for any reason, and we are not obligated to publish it.

3. Things you may not do

  • Submit false, misleading, spam or duplicate listings.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to share, or content that is unlawful, hateful, obscene or harassing.
  • Upload viruses or other harmful files, or attempt to break into or disrupt the site.
  • Scrape, copy or republish site content in bulk, by automated means or otherwise, without written permission.
  • Use the site to violate any law or anyone’s rights.

4. Our content and trademarks

Except for content submitted by others, everything on MuddyCarz, including text, photographs, graphics, logos and page design, belongs to Muddy Carz LLC or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

MUDDY CARZ and BLOODLINE EDITION, and their logos, are trademarks of Muddy Carz LLC. You may not use them without written permission, except to refer to MuddyCarz accurately.

You may share links to our pages and our own social media posts. Do not download and republish our photos without permission. To ask about using a photo, email muddeatr@muddycarz.com.

5. Photos taken at events

MuddyCarz photographs vehicles and people at public automotive events. If you would like a photo of you or your vehicle removed, or your license plate blurred, email muddeatr@muddycarz.com with the page link. We will review each request promptly.

6. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on MuddyCarz infringes your copyright, email muddeatr@muddycarz.com with the page link, a description of your work, and your contact information. We will review the complaint and remove infringing content.

7. Other websites

The site links to websites and services we do not control, including organizer sites, registration pages, Facebook and Instagram. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

8. No warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that event information is accurate or current, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muddy Carz LLC and its members, employees and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss, injury or damage arising from your use of the site, your reliance on its content, or your attendance at any listed event.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Muddy Carz LLC from claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from your submissions or your violation of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
